How Tumaris advises

My job is making sure the advice you get is followed through properly. When you call, someone should know your history; when your renewal comes round, it should be reviewed, not just rolled over; and if something goes wrong, you should hear from us before you have to chase. I check our guides the same way: if a page says we do something, it has to be what we actually do.
