How Ilana advises
With a business, I look at the people before the policy: how many staff, what ages, who has dependants and what the company can sustain at renewal. A scheme that looks cheap in year one can become hard to keep. I set out the underwriting options, the tax position to discuss with your accountant and the cost of each benefit, so directors can decide with the numbers in front of them.
