About Mark

Mark leads compliance across the brokerage: financial promotions, suitability documentation, complaints handling, vulnerable-client procedures and Consumer Duty outcomes. He works closely with the advisory desk to keep client files audit-ready and clear.

He reviews marketing copy, insurer wording summaries and every piece of published guidance before it reaches a client, checking that language is fair, clear and not misleading in line with FCA principles.

Mark also manages the firm's compliance monitoring plan, training log and regulatory reporting — the unglamorous work that keeps a broker trustworthy.
